Here's a house I love in Incline Village, only problem? It's $588,000.00

• Spent the day looking at real estate websites for Bozeman, Montana area again. Sent a local realtor a list of prospects to get more info on.

• Had a very productive telephone conversation with a realtor from Lake Tahoe/west shore. Will be receiving email listings from Truckee/Tahoe area.

• What a difference between the two locations: Montana: lots of land, Tahoe: lots of scenic views. Bottom line: where can I also find employment.

• Is there a better way to conduct this search?
